Rate how good or tasty your mum's food is. If possible mention your favorite dish from her kitchen.

Mine is 8/10 and my favorite dishes are okra soup and egusi.

A soild 10. Based on what she can cook.

But it's not all dishes she could prepare. However, I loved that she's always learning how to make new, simple Nigerian snacks for us. Those small chops were sweeter than normal food. They form the basis of a lot of loving irreplaceable childhood memories.
