The host of the show, Ebuka, played several clips from the season 6 edition where Cross and Angel had a lot of intimate moments in the House. Then he asked Cross about the relationship.

Cross explained that Angel was his very good friend in the House because they had lots of things in common. So, they bonded easily and he was always there for her whenever he's moody, depressed or worried.

Ebuka said that the situation with Angel looks more than just friendship in the House. Cross explained that although he had plans to get more closer to Angel after the show, it was definitely friendship for him in the House.

Angel shared the same sentiment as Cross. She noted that he was a very good friend and he was there for her in the House. The situation only got worse after the BBNaija House.

Ebuka then asked Angel why she wasn't stable about her feelings and attention for him in the House. He noted that there were several moments when Angel ignored Cross completely for days before coming around again.

Angel explained that this happened when she learnt that he had feelings for Saskay. However, Cross countered her that he felt the same thing about Angel when he knew that Angel was flirting with Emmanuel.

While both of them agreed that they were flirts, Angel admitted that their relationship is definitely more than just basic friendship. Then Ebuka asked them what went wrong after the show.
