Well, this is just my observation. The recent political events seems to be putting so many things unmentioned. The one I observed very well is the issue of Biafra agitation. The President's tenure is gradually moving its expiration period, we all know he is one the reason why the agitation became much intense in the middle of his administration. But the main one which seems to bring the real threats to the Agitation is Peter Obi candidature and as a flagbearer of his political party. So much attention has been drawn
to him thereby affecting the usual online sympathy they enjoyed in the past.

Is this the end of the road to Biafra agitation?

Peter Obi will be rigged out of the elections proper and an unfit kleptomaniac will be enthroned based on religious and ethnic sentiments, thereby proving beyond reasonable doubt that the Nigerian project will always despise the good intentions of the igbos and will always choose evil rather than give the igbos a chance. Igbos who understand the meaning of this will then join the pro Biafran agitations in greater numbers after the elections as a near comatose Tinupoo presidency struggles with the moraal authority to subdeu the raging inferno... Don't celebrate yet, the election euphoria is only momentary and will in the long run, prove very dangerous for Nigeria when the evil attempt to outmuscle Mr Obi starts. Biafra is on course. You will win the battles, but you will loose this war!

Why won't it fade off? Will an Igbo man like Obi, Amaechi, Okowa or Ogbonnaya Onu be there and Igbo or former eastern Nigeria is marginalized? Ndigbo just saw in Obi, and the coming election, an opportunity to build a working country based on equity. You cannot tell a man from Calabar, Port Harcourt or Akwa Ibom that it is one Nigeria, yet you intentionally make sure that seaports in his locality must not work because you want to put Igbo at a disadvantage and you expect the Igbo not to agitate. If Obi wins, it's a win for Nigeria because it will enthrone merit instead of the mediocrity Nigeria has become known for for 50 years. The Biafrans have merely been silenced by the majority of people who see the possibility of a viable country with an Obi presidency. I doubt they'll be quieted if that venture fails and Nigeria enters another cycle of looting, cluelessness, and banditry as exemplified by PDP and APC.

Obi is not just a movement. He is hope for a solid foundation for the future. If the thieving class is perpetuated, I weep not for what their incompetence has already done, but what would befall the country. ISWAP is there on one hand, Fulani militia on the other, bandits are there and then IPOB agitation. All these are consequences of ineptitude of a crooked ruling class that the two crooked parties represent. How would such a country survive.

What is the foundation of the agitation in the first instance? Marginalization. An average Igbo man feels so marginalized (for good reasons) that he prefers to be in his own country.

The Obi candidacy has become an avenue for Ndigbo to see if they can be properly integrated in the affairs of the country.

Depending on the outcome of the elections, Ndigbo will either fuse-in better into the country, or be almost totally cut off (in psyche) from Nigeria.

They are very unstable humans. Now, they have abandoned Kanu for Obituary. They want to be President of the country they hate so much. After Tinubu trashes Peter Obituary next year, they will resume their Biafra or Death. Definitely they will never get Biafra, if they want death, they should invade the nearest military barrack.

If you dislike them so much why do you want them together with you inside One Nigeria. I hear so much hate from every corner that it becomes obvious that the reason Nigerians stay together is because misery loves company. Igbos hate Yorubas and Yoruba arrogant indifference to Igbo is the ultimate act that has ignited hate from envy and jealousy.

Why not everyone go their separate ways. Yoruba culture and heritage is under siege in Nigeria. In another generation, there will be no Omoluabi values left with Yorubas if they persist to remain inside Nigeria. Think of the benefit to Yoruba culture and Yoruba language in Yoruba Nation. Ibos are desecrating Yoruba land. Peter Obi Ibos think Yorubas are foolish because if they had one quarter of the advantages that nature has given to Yorubas they will not be in Nigeria for one second. wake up to Yoruba Nation Now. Nigeria is an illusion.

Only nomadic Igbos and Fulanis should be fighting for One Nigeria,

Then go through the right source. Or have you heard where a country is gotten on just agitation without no paper work? You must stand up and unite, work for it, file the necessary paperwork. What is Yoruba's matter in your struggle for Biafra. You'll come online to shout biafra or nothing, will FRN just bring tape one day and start measuring where biafra begins and end? You all sit down in your corner but there are people among you who will die than being separated from NIG, why don't you sort that first, know all the states and cities willing to be in your Biafra then start the paperwork. We are tired of all this biafra of a thing. Stand up and Work.

One of the things fueling the agitation is marginalization of the Igbo man which Buhari took to the highest level.

All Igbos have been asking for is a sense of belonging. They wanna feel like they are part of the Nigerian project or if other Nigerians feel they don’t want them, then let us go.

I can tell you authoritatively that if by stroke of chance Peter Obi wins, the agitation for Biafra will die a natural death.

Ipob and biafra are no longer news because those whose job is carrying lgbo matters on their head hve shifted to attacking peter obi. Check the ethnic groups of those dat always open ipob news its the same people that are now focused on peter obi attack.

Moreever just as politics hve relegated news about ipob to the background so as any talk of ASUU, increasing gas and diesel prices, Abuja train kidnapped victims hve all been relegated to the background

It is only natural that something will deflect attention from time to time. Its political season and everyone is focused on politics. But political season will come and go

The reason why the Biafran agitation cannot fade away is because what is causing the agitation is not going to fade away. The Biafran agitation is going to get far stronger after elections come and go, and people realise nothing changes for the better in Nigeria
