House when the blocks de retain water what do you expect , the stand for bricking or making blocks aren't supposed to tetanus water rather drain the damp down , the sand was bad the cement was poor quality the rods and pillars soft pass tinubu stamina |

Fira09:Some times na the owner need to be blame. Some people with money have turned themselves into engineers, dictating to the contactor on the type of rods and measure for concrete mixture. You will hear them saying, look this is the way I built my other building and is been there for 9years now without any issue. Unfortunately, because there is not much job out their, some contractors just follow their instructions to earn a living. |
