raumdeuter:The bolded clauses are the difference between me and you. One was a contract to benefit the politician. The other an investment to benefit the people. Let's also assume that you didn't take note of the fact the those contracts were inflated or fictitious. Honourable minister off your mic 🎤 5 Likes |

Trevor012: Hapless nitwit! Google Trends and Google Search, though similar, are not the same thing. Even Google states this on its many websites and sub-websites. https://www.google.com/url?q=https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/153289316/google-trends-shows-different-results-than-google-search-console-for-the-same-keyword https://support.google.com/trends/answer/4365533?hl=en https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-Google-Trends-and-Google-search For example, the most trending words or phrases on Twitter aren't the most searched words. It just means people are tweeting about it more, but not searching the words. Trends words or phrases which dominate talking points even for short periods at intervals. "Ibadan gas explosion" would be the most trending this week in Nigeria likely because, as news headlines and persons are referring to it at this instant in post, it'd trend; but it'd patter out. And they aren't searching it out. Cached postings on social media like Twitter and Facebook would be factored into Trends, but it doesn't translate to searches. On the whole a phrase like "JAMB 2024" might turn out to be the most searched. Sit down! Learn, you 12-point I.Qed nutcase. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Trevor012: Like I stated, you are still a fóól who doesn't know the difference between Google Trends and Google Searches, and keeps posting Google Trends screenshots as proof when my initial and subsequent posts stated "Google Searches" explicitly. You got a free lecture from me. You should be grateful. I know you have to put up some resistance for optics but it reinforces your ignorance. Featherbrained hermit! 4 Likes |

Spy360: How is the investment in Sabmiller Hero beer chopped by Obiano? Did he drink all the beer Peter Obi bought with the state money? How is Tunji Ojo benefitting from the masses? Obi is using govt money to boost his own personal business yet you were here justifying and defending it, the money invested is now zero 9 Likes |

Spy360: What was the price impact of Anambras purchases on the share price and when did Obi sell his personal shares? Price moves with volume. The price impact of Anambras investment will tell the story whether it was fraudulent or not Tunji Ojo case is open and shut fraud. Obi case needs to be analysed. 5 Likes 1 Share |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 4:07pm On Jan 19 |
raumdeuter: But Tunji Ojo is still a shareholder in the company and most likely holds the majority shares in the said company. Resigning as director doesn't mean he will not benefit from whatever profit the company makes executing the said contract which he definitely used his position to influence its award. Emefiele too can claim he does not own the company that carried the renovation of CBN governor's lodge na. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:12pm On Jan 19 |
BlueRayDick: Did the company bid under the ministry Tunji Ojo was overseeing? Emefiele as CBN governor gave a CBN contract to a company where he and his wife were directors, Did Tunji give the contract under his ministry? |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 4:24pm On Jan 19 |
raumdeuter: The report did not say Emefiele was a director, It says his wife and inlaw are directors and shareholders. Is it until the company bid under the ministry Tunji Ojo is supervising before it becomes corruption? The same Tunji Ojo got contract awarded to the same company by NDDC while he was heading the HOA committee on Niger Delta na. No be today that man don dey chop our yam o. Anyways, below is what Section 19 of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000: OFFENCE OF USING OFFICE OR POSITION FOR GRATIFICATION. |

BlueRayDick: Emefieles wife and inlaws as director and shareholder bid under his direct ministry Tunji as shareholder No longer director bid under a different ministry So how did Tunji Ojo use his position as shareholder to get his company benefit from a Ministry he didn't control? Did Tunji award the contract or Or is Betta Edu now Tunji Ojos wife |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 4:45pm On Jan 19 |
raumdeuter: Tunji ojo used his position as a public officer(Minister) to get another public officer (Betta Edu) award a contract to a company he is most likely the majority shareholder. The law didn't say it must be a ministry u control . 2 Likes |

raumdeuter: Thank God you are not his lawyer. If not, na "Nga" straight for Tunji. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:51pm On Jan 19 |
BlueRayDick: How is that an offence by Tunji Ojo? Does this mean Betta is a dummy and Tunji has her remote control to make her grant the contract? The law is below OFFENCE OF USING OFFICE OR POSITION FOR GRATIFICATION.The contract was not in Tunjis purview to grant, it was under the exclusive control of Betta. So how did it become Tunjis offence Betta Edu awarded the contract to a person she is not related to Emefiele awarded the contract to a person he is related to 3 Likes |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:52pm On Jan 19 |
izzou: This is actually an easy case Tunji does not award the contract, The company submitted a bid and someone else who controls the control the ministry awarded to the company |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:58pm On Jan 19 |
KingTom: There has been a rumor going around for years that Obiano is a drunkard, Spy360 is saying Obiano chopped (consumed) the investment Given Obianos rumored love for alcohol, Maybe Spy is inferring that crates of beer that Obi bought for the state, Obiano drank it all 1 Like |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 5:00pm On Jan 19 |
Ibime:Whatever Obi did was handed over to the incoming government. That government should be held responsible thereafter. What's important and should be commended is that Obi had good intentions because if it worked the state would enjoy the benefits. And it worked. He didn't go away with the investment he handed it over to the next government. |
