Even Jay Z does not make that much from 40-40, a much bigger nightclub brand. Every single major London nightclub I frequented 20 years ago has shutdown, even the ones I used to go to in Birmingham and Nottingham. Nightclub na bad business anywhere in the world. Jay Z opened five 40-40 clubs, promoted it everywhere, all major celebrities going there, and 3 have already shutdown.

Maintaining a highly profitable brand in hospitality is extremely tough. Most end up giving it up or keeping the line extremely trim.
