Wahala, nobody wan gree for anybody.

Normal normal everything should go to Wigwe's immediate family, with something set aside for his aged parents, but I'm sure his siblings have probably had their lives heavily subsidized by Wigwe and they'd expect some of what the man left behind comes their way, so on some level I get why they're moving like this.

It's until the details of the entire thing comes out before one knows what's what sha.
I want to believe the reason this Wigwe death is causing so much drama (sadly) is because his wife and first son also died in that crash, the children they left behind are still very young and cannot be handed his estate for now. His family is trying to use this to their advantage by demanding for his estate because they know that the will cannot be implemented as the children are too young.

It's a simple thing. A man's nuclear family are his benefactors. If they want, they can share with their grandparents and uncles, but that is their choice. Extended families need to stop poking their throat in nuclear family business

It's even shameful to be dragging your son or brothers property with his own biological children

The kids who were calling you grandpa and uncle, you will now be taking them to court over their father's assets. If Wigwe was alive we all know whose side he will take.

I've known J Cole since like 03/04. I've come across him when he was a netcee on Canibus Central. I know say he go smoke all these guys if na just pen matter, but politics dey involved.
I just think he's not a messy dude at all. Maybe for him mind he thought it would just be about bars and nothing outside bars.

Clearly he's closer to Drake but he has no real beef with Kenny either.

He clocked that these two people actually hate each other beyond just raps

Beterbiev and Bivol rematch. Who una dey pick. I think Bivol was robbed the first fight to win this rematch I think he has to go to the school of Sugar Ray Leonard and finish stronger at the end of rounds

Bakole vs Parker should be good too but this one that Bakole is the lastest of minute replacements. That significantly reduces his chances. With a full camp I doubt Parker go fit chest him blow, but with that jet lag and being chosen literally 2 days before the fight he probably has all of 2 rounds to drop him or he's cooked

If you write colour, flavour even your computer will flag it as wrong spelling

I had to relearn too when Drugs/medication almost put me in trouble. My neighbor his gf was sick and she went to the pharmacy to get medication, when the BF came back and asked f I saw her, I just innocently said Yeah I saw her she went to get drugs. The guy shouted WENT TO GET DRUGGSS?

Before I quickly corrected that I meant medication

A relation here in Nigeria always makes this distinction.

Drugs bad

Medication good

From him I learned to not use the two words interchangeably.

Haba. Na me you wan dey tell about J.Cole. Since Warm Up days?

I have never questioned his penmanship. My quarrel with him has always been his production and beat selection. Importance of beat is grossly underrated.

There's a reason cult classics like Can I Live, Dead Presidents, Paparazzi by Xzibit still stick in your head almost 30 years later

Cole na like that ninja wey if you put am for gym to spar he go smoke everybody but come fight night e go come fumble. You can't execute beef without real venom and vendetta so if you know say you no get am don't jump inside to start with.

Like the philosopher DMX said. "You better buss that if you're gon pull that"

His laid back beat selection was mostly on 4 your Eyez Only...This is one of those things that became popular on Twitter because some people wanted to diminish his abilities and since then, some section of Hip Hop just runs with it....

The Off Season and even MDL are filled with hard beats...

But that's an aside...

Listen to A plate of Collared Greens; Daylyt ft Cole(It's on YouTube) and Trae the truth in Ibiza by Cole...

I wanna hear your thoughts on them...
Ibime and other hip hop heads here too...

After hearing this Cole verse on Clouds I now conclude the man is simply a man of peace. Surely he must know he's better than both these guys but his dodgy choice of beats and just probably not being a messy person is somehow holding him back

I totally agree

Earlier this month when I travelled to PH, I wanted to buy that Dele Farotimi book at the PH airport because my flight back to Lagos was delayed and I figured I needed something to keep me occupied while waiting for about 4 to 5 hours .

I asked the book seller at the airport if he has the book and he said yes. I asked him to give me and he said he doesn’t have it anymore grin. I was confused and told him that but u just said u have it just now na . He said he’s forgotten that it has finished .

So I decided to go for another book and paid him. While I was about leaving, he just had a change of mind then brought out the Dele Farotimi book from where he kept it. He now told me that because of the whole court case wahala , they don’t display the book and they are careful to observe who they sell it to; lest I’m a security agent like DSS or CID .

I just laughed , paid him for the book after he advised I keep it in my hand luggage and not bring it out in public while I’m still in the airport .

The whole incident left me speechless sha , but then I understand that some people do really have powers in this country o. I mean the book seller is in perpetual fear that he might get into trouble selling the book because of the damning accusations the author made in the book . 🤦‍♂️

I just noticed that Farotimi’s book’s title is a double entendre.

Very nicely done.

If you're asking my thoughts on the album, then it's a classic...

If you're referring specifically to the beats, they're hard too...
Not just as aggressive as TOS which I think has his most aggressive beats, with MDL being a close second...

What is happening in Wigwe family happens 99.9% in South Eastern homes especially if the deceased is an upper class in the society..I'm just speaking from it's experience while the Wigwe's happens to like the media.
