And while Obi has structure, it is mostly in the SE particularly Anambra (Ozigbo,Obazee,Umeh and co). Structure will make you know that why erosion control is important in Anambra, Lake recharge is important in North. The amenities to be provided, the way they are provided and markings on them produce various reactions in a country as diverse as Nigeria.
