Hi fellow Nigerians, please i need some hlp here, i work in a call centre that could really use some tushing up, i'm sure there some guys or girls out there that work 4 professional companies that hav established call centres with the latest technology, equipment, methods, SOPs (standard operating procedures), like MTN, Celtel, Glo etc i could suggest this to my boss and perhaps earn my self a raise please your comments would be highly appreciated.
