1. Role: 4G Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Periodically perform feature trial and rollout on LTE network
• Experienced in GUL Strategy revision to optimize cells with low throughput and high PRB Utilization to improve throughput.
• Expert in LTE System analysis and Optimization
• Expert Knowledge on Drive Test and Post processing Procedures
• Network Stat and KPI analysis and reporting i.e Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Traffic.
• Daily Monitor, Track and Report Network Data Inconsistencies/Discrepancies
• Recommend and implement new features for good user’s experience
• Provides High Level Support for Network Quality Drive Test Analysis and Fault Resolution
• Provide High-Level Support for BSS Optimization and Performance Improvement.
• Experienced in small cells and IBS Planning
• Ensure Radio Network Quality and Performance Achieves the Agreed KPIs And Quality Targets as Defined by Customer
• Achieving good LTE RF Signal target as agreed in the contract term.
• GUL parameter consistency checks, tuning and optimization to improve throughput, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility etc.
• Very good understanding of OFDMA and MIMO technologies been used in LTE FDD.
• Expert Knowledge on RF Planning such as-: UNet. Smart RNO, Atoll, Mapinfo and Google Earth tool

Qualifications/Skills
1. Bachelor of Engineer or B. Tech degree (Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication or related fields )
2. Basic understanding of 2G/3G/4G and how they relate to each other
3. Analytical, Statistical and Presentation skills
4. Sound MS Excel/ PowerBi skill
5. Knowledge of Performance managements systems/tools/support systems
6. Proficient in the use of QGIS/KML

2. Role: Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in AutoCAD drawing software
2. More than 1 year experience in site design
3. Work proactively and have a strong sense of responsibility
4. Familiar with drawing specifications, design specifications and design workflow

Qualifications/Skills
1. Bachelor of Engineer or B. Tech degree (Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication or related fields )
2. 2 -3 years experience with multiple softwares
3. Analytical, Statistical and Presentation skills



3. Role: BackOffice RAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

In-depth Knowledge of at least two wireless RAN domain (Preferably Huawei domain and any other).
In-depth knowledge of IP networking
Able to liaise with C Level and above Customer on queries regarding Problem management
Knowledge of Short Duration Outages (how to track them weekly and share progressive update for resolution)
Knowledge of Transmission Planning to mitigate poorly designed microwave links and provide suggestions for expansion and resolution
Knowledge of at least two Transmission vendors (Huawei RTN and E// preferably)
Able to lead a team without any supervision and ensure all reports are delivered timely and accurately
Excellent knowledge of how to use Excel for reporting.
Tracking and resolution of SD degradations due to Packet Loss and ensuring that issues causing these failures are resolved.
Tracking WCL issues and pushing the field team for visits and resolution.
VVIP tracking of PL related issues on VVIP sites and resolution timely.
