Do you know that Lokoja was a former Capital of Nigeria?

Lord Lugard that you quoted lived in Lagos was a pure lie.

He lived and died in Lokoja (because Lokoja was the capital as at when he amalgamated Nigeria and ruled). The more reason Kogi State Government House is today known as Lugard House.

Do you know that there was no significant development in Lokoja till today despite being a former Nigeria capital.

Lagos being a former capital might have contributed to its development, but it takes a visionary leader like Tinubu to open up Lagos to path of more growth and development.

The Lekki Free Trade Zone, Eko Atlantic, Many reforms he initiated was what made Lagos today to be a remarkable and working state.

The blue print he laid down and being followed by subsequent Governors further cemented the development.

One question for you please,
Why did you think the capital of Nigeria was moved from Lagos to Abuja?

The fact is that Lagos had a problem then and Tinubu being a visionary leader came on board, used his initiatives and brought in prosperity and growth to Lagos.

Speaking of logic, I will break it down for you incase you did not get the logic:

1. Age should not be a criteria for good governance.

When Obi was Governor of Anambra, Anambra ASUU was on strike for 6 months. Google is your friend. He did not care because his children schooled in England.

The Investment he made in International Breweries was not just bad for Anambra but a conflict of interest. Anambra paid 2billion naira for that failed investment but he awarded his family 1 billion without paying any cost. Peter Obi should be in jail if Nigeria had strong judiciary. No wonder he was impeached.

Your reason is highly biased. I think you should go round the country. Check through other states, where they were and where they are now. In fact there's no State in Nigeria that has not enjoyed a measure of development since 1996 to this time. Enugu and Ebonyi are typical examples not to mention Anambra.

For your information free education started in 1955 and ended in 1966, ironically even with free education the eastern region had higher Primary and Secondary school enrollment figures than the Western Region.
