JOB TITLE

-Field Technicians
(minimum of 2 years proven work experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Troubleshooting and testing of technical equipment
Providing service and customer support during field visits
Managing on-site installations
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Producing detailed service reports
Building positive relationships with customers
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
