Nigerian salad always go well with all Nigerian rice recipes. Salads can be eaten on their own as a meal also. This video gives the detailed process step by step.

Ingredients:

Cabbage
Carrots
Lettuce
Cucumber
Baked beans
Sweet corn
Red kidney beans
Eggs
Mayonnaise

Nice one....very colourful but for me, I like salads very crunchy & with less cream. So i use:
Cabbage
Carrots (will be shredded not diced)
Lettuce (lots of it)
Cucumber
Green, yellow & red peppers
White onions
Eggs


For cream, I combine 3 types in VERY small quantities. So I use,
-Mayonnaise
-Either Heinz salad cream OR
-Remia French salad dressing (my preferred option to salac cream)
and
-ketchup.

I cant get my head round baked beans in salad.
