Control your mindset, don't let things you do to control you. Have power over them.

To sum up, not only christians suffer addictions other religions do also be guilded.

Bible says guide all your heart for out of it come the issues of life

This can be done through the word of God, devote your time on God word with this there will be caution for you whenever you want to go into any addiction.
