Airtel network has been poor for the past two days, aside that, there’s hardly a week going by without a temporal network downtime. Never for once have they given an apology for this mistakes. Honestly it’s only sane one ports from them since it’s already becoming a norms.

airtel own don Dey too much. At this point it’s very necessary we port so they can realize their mistakes . I’ve always been a fan of airtel right from my Nokia torchlight.

Kudos to mtn it's raining almost everyday here but they are holding up pretty good... Airtel is a no go area for me

Eeeyah, I understand how frustrated you can be with network issues. However, trust me my experiences with Airtel network this past few weeks has been top notch.

Rather than going through the hassles of porting, I would suggest you contact their social media team on Facebook (Airtel Nigeria), Twitter (Airtel_care) or Instagram (Airtel Nigeria). They respond timely and resolve network issues promptly.

thanks for your response. I reside in kuje Abuja. Kuchiyako village to be precise. Well the issue has been stabilized for now but there's a regular occurrence of network issues coming at intervals atleast twice a week.

Do you know the code I will use to port from Airtel to MTN?

Does anyone know how long in reality the porting process lasts? Please advise.
