I bought a flight ticket some three months ago, somehow I wasn't able to fly but I called the travel agent about my situation and asked that my flight be cancelled and she confirmed it was valid for a year.

Thing now is, I've been calling my travel agent for weeks now, she's not responding so I'm wondering if it's possible to get a refund at Turkish airlines office here in Lagos state.

It depends on the condition of the ticket...Maybe the ticket is non refundable incase of Cancellation or No-show. Chat me up so I can check for you for free...She might not do you wrong but may be scared to tell you. 08052357640. Most times when it's a case of voluntary refund and the ticket is non refundable, your money is gone.
