(4) Make Calabar Seaport First Class.

(5) Create a powerful sub-seaport in river Nigeria close to Onitsha.

(6) Make first class international airports in the East.

(7) Create powerful business units in the middle belt.

( Create powerful first class agricultural schemes in the North.

(9) Create millions of small scale businesses for youths

(10) Imposs the regular paying of salaries to all workers.

(11) Establish schemes to facilitate local government-level projects.

12. Restructure the central power; like having state police, allow states to manage their resources..
