Obi supporters are just making noise, and the decibel of their noise is very high...but that's all there is to it, noise. High pitch noise!

Think for a moment how a baby gets attention of its mother. It cries, the louder the shriek the better and faster mother's response. The cries gets response but doesn't translate to results most times.

In Nigerian political space Obi is a baby. They called him youth corp governor back in 2007 when he was impeached.

Some of you have been told that Obi was impeached because of his integrity and refusal to bow to corrupt politicians in his state. Really?

How did he win the election to begin with, was it not the same corrupt politicians that brought him in? And why did he return to government house when invited back by same clout of corrupt politicians? What a bull and cock story about integrity.

No legislator can impeach a governor without some godfather and powerful politicians that bankroll elections making it possible. The godfathers in Anambra kicked Obi out and they brought him back in.

Governors get impeached for abuse and mismanagement, not for integrity. By claiming he is the only single person with integrity Obi is clearly indicting Anambra State as a corrupt State. The deputy Governor is corrupt, the state legislator is corrupt, the judiciary is corrupt.

Nigeria is corrupt at moment and we have a NASS that is also corrupt. Perharps Obi should stay clear of Presidency, his integrity will not be tolerated and he will be impeached again.

While he was weak and incapable of fighting against his impeachment in Anambra, the hercules in Lagos called Tinubu had taken the beast, Obasanjo, face on and fought to rescue himself from the clutches of the Federal dragon. Tinubu fought this dragon for four years.

Atiku, who had to work side by side the beast in Aso Rock, also stood up and rescued himself from the gigantic dragon. Atiku battled the beast for six years.

Obi could not even fight a small state legislature and rescue himself from their grab. He succumbed after just seven months.

Obi does not have the gut, nor the spirit of a fighter that the Nigerian political landscape calls for.


Tinubu is a seasoned fighter. Every election cycle since 1998 he has had to fight to get his own victory, or for his surrogates to win electoral victory. He has battled and defeated opponents with huge political machineries. He is a fighter, does not make noise....stealth is his weapon. He demonstrated this fighter spirit recently at APC primary. Despite obstacles meant to slow him down and even cut him down he fought to finish and cliched the trophy. He truly earned that flag and legitimate right to raise it high.

Atiku is also a seasoned fighter and has accumulated experience and mileage in electoral battles. He has fought two beasts, Obasanjo and Buhari on the campaign and electoral circuits. He is no stranger to political gimmicks and intrigues.

Obi has never fought any political battle beyond state level. Even at state level he is a weakling. He succumbed to legislature and allowed them to chase him out of government house. When he faced obstacles in APGA he defected to PDP. Then returned to APGA. He again defected to PDP...and now left PDP to Labor. This is a person who runs the other direction when opponents put obstacles to block his path. He did not even fight to prove himself in Labor, money got him the flag. Unlike Tinubu who earned the flag with his own negotiations and sweat, Obi raised a flag purchased from Labor.

The cries of the baby is very effective in getting mother to respond but it is ineffective for obtaining results. The effectiveness come when the baby grow to speak and tell what it wants, or perharps independent to get it on its own and not bother mom with cries.

Obidients need to stop crying and start telling the electorate how Obi will rescue Nigeria without succumbing and giving up.
