The same man has probably NEVER paid one naira as tax in Anambra! yet, everyone asks about IGR as though it is spirits that pay taxes.

Anambra has some of the world's most reluctant taxpayers. These same people would happily pay their taxes in other states.

Problem is not about wheather he pays tax or not. At least least without his tax contribution, he said the governor Anambra is number two among the states that generate huge IGR clos to Lagos. The man is just asking simple question where is the money as number 2 in IGR generation or is it audio IGR.

What is your problem about the man and what he is saying here? If he his a tax defaulter, did governor announced that to you? While boasting on what you are not up to is the central message. Anambra boasting to get higher IGR next to Lagos; more than Rivers, Ogun, Oyo, Delta demands explanation like the man asked
