BREAKING: Russia Withdraw From The European Court (ECHR) by Ibomrep(m): 11:21am On Jun 30, 2022
On June 11, 2022 president Vladimir Putin sign two bills into law that unilaterally remove Russia from the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Right (ECHR) as of March 15, 2022.

Therefore, all ECHR judgement from March 15, 2022 onward are no longer enforceable in Russia.

The committee of ministers of the council of Europe over sees the implementation of the judgement of ECHR within it's member state.

Russia had been a member of the council of Europe since 1994.

On March 15 2022 Russia informed the council of its intention to withdraw as a member. The following day the council officially expelled Russia.

This Court is in France. It will serve no interests other than UK, France, Germany, Australia and The United states. That is it.

Closed door to another useless, self-serving and bias institution.

African countries should take a cue from this and withdraw from the racist and useless ICC which specialized in prosecuting only African leaders while war criminals like Tony Blair and George W. Bush are walking free.
