Yes what has that got to do with your claim that the law allows only NPA to own and operate ports? If anything you are contradicting yourself because 10% share does not amount to owning and operating . The FG did not refuse a licence that is not true. It was Jonathan that approved the port NOT BUHARI
They negotiated and that took time. Did they refuse Ibaka licence?
You are not telling us what we do not know already.


It is in the law that any commercial use of ports must get NPA license and ownership as well. Dangote etc are private jetties and are not commercial ports. The NPA is administrator and regulator of ports. But they can concession ports to private operators.
