It's no surprise that doing the covid lockdown and even after, movie productions had to find alternative ways for viewers to watch and stream their content. For alot of naija movies that can't just casually stroll into Netflix platform, YouTube was a lifesaver. Movies like dangerous secret, bury me , Hot girl are but a few naija movies that have benefited from the platform. While Nigeria doesn't have its own big known streaming platform like Netflix, Amazon prime and so on. YouTube is a friendly option for movie producers across the globe. Do you think Nollywood needs it own major streaming platform like Netflix and would it be globally recognized? Down a comment |
