Let me give you an example, I happen to have a first hand experience with NEPA people working at store. At That time, the Minister of power was going on inspection round Lagos State with fashola (the governor of Lagos State, when the NEPA people hear about it, they have to go and rent so many electrical appliances like prepaid meter and other things to put in the store, so that when the Minister came he will see that they have everything in their store, immediately the Minister go, they return every thing. them same thing with other parastals, and we keep on blaming govtment that is far from us . We forget our cancellor to call fed.goverment, we leave our local government chair Man to call govt, we leave governor to call government, we leaves our traditional rulers to call on government, we forget to asked our self what are their responsibility.

Very well said. UPTH is a federal government owned hospital. We have a minister who is a medical doctor, but appears overwhelmed with labour matter. We have a health ministry and certainly a supervising ministry over the teaching hospitals, yet they are overwhelmed.
