This is the loadshedding of South Africa under an African leadership. South Africa is gradually turning to Nigeria due to corruption and bad leadership. South Africa until after apathied and obviously the regime of Mandela enjoyed good electricity system until Africans started ruling and now they can't enjoy the luxury of constant power supply. Come to think of it, is the black race caused? Why has greed taken over the minds of both leaders and followers?
