Acquire new skills, start an investment, set up a new business, improve productivity, make meaningful connections, etc. The list continues till eternity.

Of course, these goals are as beautiful as a new bride. But we set recurrent New Year’s resolutions every single year and then...never really stick to them.

From my research, I discovered that some reasons why some of our most clearly spelt-out goals break down, in the long run, is because we run short of zeal, optimism, and motivation.

Thus making us becomes less determined, less committed, less consistent, and less disciplined to implement our goals.
