that's wet dreams...it happens in the life of most young adults....it stops over time...NO BIG DEAL...the guy is sexually active.... nothing spiritual about that please...before he now goes looking for spiritual solutions and end up complicating his life....it will stop over time...he will not even remember when it will stop...let him stop being worried about it
