Thiefs!!! They'll need to hand all those bronzes right back to the Oba of Benin and other places where they got stolen from. They have no right at all to claim these things and they must be given back NOT sold back to their rightful place. This applies to all ivory tusks and all other items these brithish criminals took. UHURU! |

I've been to some of the places in the pix. They're really amazing, like the Erin-Ijesa water fall, water drops from seven mountains. The seventh mountain leads to Ekiti state from Osun state. NB: if you're afraid of height, don't dare climbing those mountains, just stay at stage one. At stage two of the mountain is where a white man was buried, I think he died while doing some research about the water fall. Stage three is worst, not easy to climb as seen in the pix. ...It's a lot of fun when I went there. I've also been to those statues of over a thousand year, I think they're in Ofa or near Ofa in Kwara state. ....Primary/ secondary school days were lots of fun. Excursion wasn't taken for joke... Another place I'll like you guys to visit is the zoo at UI in Ibadan, don't have time enlighten you guys, it's better you visit your self, it was fun. |

Andre Uweh: @The O.P Guy you're so funny. Please next time don't jump to conclusion on what you don't know about. I'm sure you've never been to Ife, I think it's better you go there and see your self. You'll get tired of seeing statues like those ones in those pix and the ones that are far more cherrieshable and historical than those ones. More so, do you know anything about the relationship between Ife and Benin kingdom at all? Go and study your history books well. The founder of Benin kingdom was a prince from Ife, so as that of oyo township in Oyo state. To simplify it for you, check out this on your encarta premium 2007 precisely (Nigeria: The Yoruba). Please, don't let's debate on unnecessary things. |
