You don't understand how much wastage in the high cost of running government in Nigeria. Anambra IGR was small because Obi didn't overtax the state, rather he saved money from reducing cost of governance

One the person he handed over to was in a fist to borrow because of too much debt while the other one, the person he handed to was free to borrow.
