The new place of interest as far the Island is concerned in the property industry is Abraham Adesanya Area of Aja-Lekki.
Massive and rapid development is going on there. I know for sure HFP (builders is the famous VGC & Ikota Shopping complex)is building a new shopping mall there, and big establishments like Union Homes and others have bought large parcels of Land there.
About two years ago, a plot of land sold for about 1million to 2.5million there. But now a plot goes for as much as 4 to 10 million, depending on the location.
My advise for real estate investors is to tap into this Solid Oil and grab their share while it is still affordable.
But beware of 419 oh. Investigate well.
