The noise is coming from those who never planned to vote for Tinubu even if he nominates Pastor Adeboye and Oyakhilome as joint running mates. Tinubu’s wife is a pastor till today. Those complaining and shouting about religion can’t even marry someone of a different faith. As governor of Lagos, Tinubu surrounded himself with competent Muslim and Christians. RCCG pastors like Yemi Osinbajo, Leke Pitan, Tunde Fowler, Cardinal Odunmbaku etc were members of his inner caucus. He attends church regularly. So, no reasonable Christian should have anything to fear. Christians and Muslims have been stealing public funds and mismanaging the country since 1960 without caring about the masses. The noisemakers are simply trying to divide the people using religion for their selfish interest. We must keep this campaign about track records and nothing else. Tinubu is not a religion bigot....
