I finally uploaded my passport. I used 110x140px and the passport name must be the (jamb reg. no).jpg e.g 15386712FI.jpg.

May God save us from the mediocres that handle information dissemination for our Higher institutions. The procedure available on the site is just too inadequate thereby wasting people's precious time as they struggle and do guess work to be able to fill a one-page form.
