Both are ancient cities with modern developing settlements........but Benin has the best road network in whole Nigeria. Ibadan is challenging, infact the major bus stop in the city is called challenge.

Benin na Glorified village. There's nothing special about that Town. Them go just dey over hype Benin like say na Better place.
