what is this supposed to mean...what should i believe...how many times do u see polling units result different from what INEC announces eventually..I am not saying it doesnt happen, but very few.
The truth of the matter is that the 95% of rigging in this country happens at the polling unit, before and during voting and it is majorly vote buying. Once that is out of the way(by people voting with their head whether they colect money and garri or not)...then the result that will be announced will reflect the wish of the people.
