Rauf Aregbesola, Nigeria's minister of interior and APC chieftain, who has been at odds with APC leader and presidential aspirant, Ahmed Tinubu, was spotted in America attempting to eat while his party, the APC, was losing to the opposition party, the PDP, in his home state of Osun.
