Ada Ameh, a well-known actress, apparently died, according to multiple reports.

She reportedly passed away in Warri, Delta State, about 11 p.m. on Sunday, according to a source who asked to remain anonymous on Monday.

Ameh reportedly fell unconscious while visiting an oil firm toyshop and his family.
