2, what are the financial implications when applying and if given
3, how long does the whole process take
4, IELT, English proficiency test necessary/not
5, does it covers visa, flight ticket and other miscellaneous necessary for take off.

If I only have my certificate and transcript. No IELTS, no money for visa application/ flight ticket, no one who is bouyant that can stand for me. What are my chances? Are there Universities that can override all these? Thank you. Let's learn together
