Prenup during wedding is usually thrown out in the States, don't know about the UK.

The argument is that there was emotional distress: "if I don't agree to the prenup, the wedding that we have prepared for, family is here for, etc; would be cancelled".

Prenup must be done with 2 different lawyers representing both sides, and signed months before the wedding.
