I hail all the strong men on this section. I have a piece of land which measured, 1,287 feet by 170 feet. Using a plot size of 100 by 50 feet, how many Hectares and plots can I get from the land?

On the documents, it was written as 170 feet by 1,287 feet. That is 1,287 length by 170 breath. I bought the complete land, I didn't buy in plots. I want to start selling in plots now and I needed to know the total numbers of plots/hectares.
