Unfortunately this device itself is purely made as a Tablet PC style device, you can easily use Facetime to make Facetime calls and Skype (using the App) as well. But for normal Carrier calls, this isn’t possible.

Apple iPad 2 has two cameras to enable Face Time for use, one facing VGA camera and another rear facing camera, both of these cameras can be used with Face Time. Two cameras can be seen on iPad 2, one at the front and the other at the back but they look so tiny and do a big deal of work.
