GboyegaD: And how did you know the employment contracts based on listening to only the side of the lady's story?? Did you read the employment contracts for you to be able to know the terms and conditions that was given to her?? There are three sides to the story.. Her own side The company side.. And the truth.. 5 Likes |

GboyegaD:Every time you type, I just cant help but ask myself if you even went to school, talk more of having all those degrees you once bragged about here. The company stated they were offering an accommodation, did they state that they were offering a luxurious accommodation?? It isn't their fault that the employee had high expectations of a paradise in her head! I mean, what does it take to clean up the place to reasonable standard, especially when its most likely the outgoing staff that even messed it up? Its not like she's doing any renovations or anything and it says a lot that the place even still looks decent after her obvious concerted efforts to make it look bad... and yes, when a company in Nigeria offers you free accommodation, they're doing you a favor. stop supporting thrash all in the name of forming woke. you're embarrassing your last name. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

The room is actually in bad taste- no space at all plus sharing toilet and all. That said, a more desperate job seeker will manage it. Also, she should have "put yam on fire while using sense to look for knife" I hope they pay her for the one month she endured in that "accommodation" 1 Like |

GardenGreen: That accommodation I am seeing so is a luxury compire to the one I stayed in for 18 months in a remote village close to Cameroon in Akampka LG 95% of Men that find themselves in that position would have adjusted and manage the situation pending when something better comes up... Remembered when I gut a job as an excavator operator what they promised me was not what I saw when I resumed. Especially the accommodation. Spent 18 months in a remote village with a shiity accommodation clearing forest for a multinational company who didn't give a fucck about my wellbeing but I did my job anyway. 18 months later I was more experience, more hardened and more financially buoyant than those that left because of the working conditions then. Today I have a small company I manage for myself 70% of the capital used in opening that came from that job. Some of my colleagues then are still carrying files up and down looking for a job with acomfortable conditions/environment. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

GboyegaD: Sir, nobody is making excuses for the company. Nigeria is not a perfect system and unemployment is still 33.33%. You will never get a perfect company or organisation in an economy with Nigeria's metrics (borrowing cost of 14% and inflation rate at 18.6%.). She needed the place painted and a few other things fixed. Meaning, the place is not entirely bad as other 6 staff are living in the same staff quarters before her arrival. She could improvise or approach it differently. Lets be realistic, that company has a choice. Unemployment is 33.33%. She seems to be at war with the company. She is on LinkedIn begging people to help her make the post go viral. Causing all kinds of problems within a month of employment. Do you think people will want her drama going forward? She can't manage crisis and not a team person. She is demarketing herself. 7 Likes 1 Share |

crazymommy: When you state accommodations in the offer, make it worthwhile, it’s an entitlement, you listed it in the offer, it’s not a bonus, it is a bonus is she asked for it and they offered, but the employer offered in the job offer, so rest. Read well, companies hardly give housing, but if it is stated in the offer, then make it worthwhile, you are not employing an animal, the uK own, you can complain to the company about what you want, PUT VALUE ON YOURSELF, raise your self confidence, you are the prize. When you know your worth, they need you as much as you need them especially if you are highly skilled. 2 Likes |

tegrianonigltd: That's where you're stvpid. Did you ever learn the difference between rejecting an offer and calling out people because they don't meet your lofty standards. Can she rent a single room apartment on the island. Can you there rent a single room on the island. Since she's a big girl like you, she could have rejected the offer, rented a room and go to work from home na. Empty barrel |

GardenGreen:If you are the employer she's talking about, maybe go back in time and buy slaves instead?? U guys fucking signed a contract, showing that accomodation is available, she came, and met the room in that shape, she complained to have the floor fixed, and u ignored, u wanted to make her run under the sun for delivery, something that wasn't stated in the contract and probably no extra pay for that, ok, u finally lay her off, but refuse to pay her......she had to wait for 5 fucking days, are u mad? U think everyone can take Ur shit? Not all Nigerians are willing to be slaves, if you are looking for maids, go to the village and get one, e no hard, she fit no even collect salary....if you want standard labour, be ready to pay for it....she can't afford an apartment on the island no mean say make u treat am like trash, she has the right to demand for a good working condition.... Na food we dey talk about here oo, a chef, look at the very useless toilet......I blame the government for this nonsense, anybody wey touch money go wan treat others like slaves 3 Likes |

Your sense of reasoning didn't permit you to understand there's something called rejection of offer over calling a company out I know you can never set any project up in your entire life, so you won't understand how it feels.
