Common causes of chronic insomnia include: Stress. Concerns about work, school, health, finances or family can keep your mind active at night, making it difficult to sleep. Stressful life events or trauma — such as the death or illness of a loved one, divorce, or a job loss — also may lead to insomnia. Get out of bed and do something relaxing that might make you feel drowsy — like reading or playing a repetitive game like Sudoku. Keep the lights low and go back to bed after 30 minutes or so (or sooner if you start feeling sleepy). Avoid technology, like phones, computers, or TV. Sleep deprivation can be dangerous. It can lead to mishaps. Taking sleeping pills, on the other hand, is far more dangerous. Battling insomnia is a serious medical problem that must not be taken lightly. I never tried sleeping pills and had difficulty changing my eating habits. I was in desperate need of alternatives. I found this unbelievable tutorial that really helped in just 2 days. It was like a fun tutorial to make me doze off in just 30 minutes. I found it really hard to do so before this. I was skeptical at first but day 1 practice sent me to dreamland for 10 minutes. On the second day of using the trick, I was a sleeping beauty for 20 minutes. After getting used to my routine, I found it quicker to go to sleep and experience an improved quality of rest. It seemed unbelievable at first, but the trick I discovered improved my ability to fall asleep faster. Sometimes, I don’t need to it anymore. I guess my insomnia has passed! |
