A video of a police officer harrassing a young man over the colour of his hair is currently making rounds on social media. An eye witness explained that the police officer was enraged by the fact that he was being captured on camera by the young man who refused to obey his orders. The ensuing struggle is then followed up with series of sl@ps and manhandling as onlookers watched in bewilderment. Watch video on IG: @eugenesblog9ja
