Ijaw is a very large tribe.
It comprises of over 2 thousand villages and settlements.
Ijaw is believed to be the fourth largest tribe in Nigeria but in reality most Ijaws that know Ijaw well reject that statement because Ijaws are as large as the three major tribes the problem is central dialect of which the Kolokuma failed to achieve the aims and a very strong one is being re-arranged in preparation for Ijaw Republic.


Ijaws were unjustly balkanized into six States when all Ijaw areas are fully together and share perfect boundaries with each other.


Ijaw have 3 Geopolitical Zones in all Ijaw socio-cultural organizations.

Western Ijaws.
(Ijaws of Ondo, Edo, Delta)


Central Ijaws
(Ijaws of Bayelsa and Ahoada West Ijaws).


Eastern Ijaws.
(Ijaws of Rivers and Akwa-Ibom Ijaws).


All Ijaws are of one Ancestor.
some few Ijaws that are brought into the Ijaw Nation were first spiritually acculturated as Ijaws first and they fully spiritually cleansed as children of the person that brought them in and they will have all rights like normal people.
So all Ijaws are of one ancestor.


The three Regions are like Geopolitical Zones.
If its turn for Eastern Region to become Ijaw National Congress INC President everybody that will contest for that position will be of Eastern Zone and that means the Vice will be from either Central Zone or Western Zone same with the Secretary.


Its same thing in IYC and LINO.
Proper zoning.


General Ditari and his group divided Ijaw into 21 Provinces(States) and 7 for each of the three Regions making the 21.
Same Cultural zoning will remain even in the Ijaw Republic.

The Ijaw Republic is bigger than the 51 smallest countries in the world including Isreal.
Ethnicity Ijaw 100 percent.
Ijaws have lived all over West Africa and Central Africa for thousands of years.
