Put a southerner there as COAS and see if those charlatans called bandits and terrorists won't find the next available route of escape. Derby destroyed their stronghold within days and defy their ranks, instead of consolidating on such victory to round them up and finish them completely, they turned the whole thing to argument and politics until those guys were able to recover fully.
