Though it is not easy as many supplements and products claiming to help boost immunity, several dietary and lifestyle changes may strengthen your body’s natural defenses and help you fight harmful pathogens, or disease-causing organisms. The following lifestyle choices can help improve your Immune strength;

Regular Exercise: Enough exercises helps improve blood circulation in the body, which helps the Immune System function more efficiently. Studies have shown that engaging in as little as 30 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise every day helps stimulate your immune system.

Exercises can also reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and blood pressure.

Get Adequate Sleep: Getting enough sleep boost your Immunity while poor quality sleep is linked to a higher susceptibility to sickness. During sleep, the body releases cytokines which is a protein required when you are attacked by a pathogen or are under stress.
