Building rapport with your distributors is a crucial part of network marketing business. The most crucial part of this process is building a network marketing company where you can exchange ideas and experiences, which will be refreshing for the team and the business itself. A lot of direct selling companies have various tools to help train their distributors in various ways such as webinars, videos, podcasts, live calls and even offline workshops but there are tools that stand out from the rest in terms of effectiveness.

Social Learning Platforms, also known as SLPs, are virtual spaces that people use to learn from each other. People who take part in this type of learning are called learners and their mentors. The main objective of a social learning platform is to help people learn by observing the behavior and point of view of others. The solution is Just-in-Time Learning Platforms (JLP). JLP provides content that is tailored to what each distributor needs to know at any given time and place. It helps direct selling organizations reduce costs by reducing time wastage in enrolling distributors with long, ineffective, and boring training programs.
