IMF: Russia doing better than expected despite sanctions.

International Monetary Fund Chief Economist Pierre-Olivier Gourinchas told AFP in an interview that higher energy prices are keeping Russia afloat despite Western sanctions.

That is a proof that Russia is a sustainable independent republic and not a puppet of the western world that will do the evil biddings of the west at the expense of the economic well being of her populace
