Maybe you dont get socialjustice.. In reality do you know the actual steps it takes to impeach a sitting President??.

In Nigeria...its not like the UK.....it's more than just passing a vote of no confidence by two thirds of the house of assembly....a vote of no confidence is not enough in nigerja..

First ..the senate needs to raise a case of gross misconduct against the president....now, the security efforts of the president is by law not a gross misconduct... his efforts are not just effective to solve the problem at hand...

Even if it can be proven as gross misconduct the Senate president still has to pass the motion of the house to a set up-panel to investigate the matter, which can take forever...the panel na we-we ooooo

If the panel finds the president guilty indeed of gross misconduct....the senate president will move the findings of the panel to the justice department ..


The justice department/chief justice which is also the president' s boy will setup a panel to try the president....if he is guilty.. the reault will now be taken back to the Senate again for two-thirds of the member of house to agree....


Note that if any of the steps doesnt fly..like if two thirds doesnt agree or the panel setup says they there's no proof of misconduct...the Impeachment ends there immediately....

My oga.....the senate president, the justice department, more than two thirds of the house, and the members of the panel that will be set up are all in the pockets of APC/the president...



In short....impeaching a sitting president cannot happen in an insane country like nigeria...it is a future impossible tense...
