JustMellow:Thank you. He already got an admission in University of Manitoba. However, for a "University 1" program. The intended course was not captured on the OL as students are expected to chose a course after the program. In this case, can he state a related course(related to current work)in his SOP and probably go for the desired one after the program. 1 Like |

lapazi: Hello Lapazi, You do not need to notarize any of your documentation, it is optional. An Article of Association/Memert shows the share capital of the limited company and the directors according to shares. If it is not available to you, get a lawyer to draft one for your use. Do not use a company sponsorship except the company are willing and has committed financially toward your study. Instead of paying for the first-year semester, make it the full session and have your maintenance cost transferred to you coupled with an adequate explanation for the term deposit. The same applies even if you are a board member. Ensure to also include a board resolution letter for the decision reached, budgeted amount, liquidated amount, etc. to be committed to such sponsorship intention. The company can be an investment you are part of where your regular 9 - 5 salary and other earnings go into, and your 9 - 5 can be your primary income source. If the pay isn't sufficient, help the officer understand it is based on your passion, especially if it relates to your proposed study. But again, you will have to help the officer understand how you were able to invest in this said company. Anything you do, you still have to provide your bank record to show your earnings and cash flows to either or both income sources. If you think a company sponsorship will be stressful for you to justify, you can use a related individual for your application. The funds from the company can be used to pay your tuition, demonstrate your maintenance cost, as well as run your account if your account is insufficient. Kindly note that these suggestions are based on the information you provided in your post and may not be accurately fitted to cover grey areas in your application. Only filter what is valuable and discard the rest. Success is all I Wish You! |

Godpikin4: Hello again, It is very possible. Any decision reached should have a justification on the part of PA. Cheers! |

Freelyliving:Of course she can reapply without getting the gcms/cbsa notes. But it's advisable to order the gcms notes so you can be sure of the visa officer's concern about the proof funds. If the agent did not submit information about the source of the 10M and documents to back it up then I think you now have an idea of why she was denied based on insufficient funds. |

NL family, I got my reply from IRCC on Friday but I am too downcasated that I find it difficult to discuss with anyone. I can even understand there purpose of refusal. It read. "• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application." Guru, please what does this mean. |

msbaileyz: I can't remember all the documents I submitted off the top of my head but I think you've listed all the important documents that you have to submit. To be certain, you can use the Nairaland search bar to search this thread and previous threads for PPR testimonials that list out the exact documents they submitted. You can also refer the first page of this thread. I recall there being a link to a post that lists out all the important documents to submit. |

I checked but i was getting ridiculous prices lapazi: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bepositive11: 7:01pm On Oct 17, 2022 |
Mrphilia: To add to what Nadingo said, since the spellings of each word is exactly the same and the only difference is the position of the words, I don't think you should worry about IRCC thinking that the documents are not for the same person. |

So I compared Qatar prices with Ethiopia and it happened that Qatar is cheaper Joedave25: |

lapazi: I don't have much to add to what JustMellow said. You can Google for samples of sponsorship letters. You could also use the Nairaland search bar to find samples posted on this thread and on previous threads. 2 Likes |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bepositive11: 7:41pm On Oct 17, 2022 |
Adeade98: The reason they gave is generic. It could mean anything. The visa officer is probably not convinced about your intention as a student and your intention to leave Canada after graduating, but you will have to order your GCMS notes to find out the exact reasoning behind the refusal. |
