Here is my Gcms note and how can i tackle it, please guys help me

I have considered the following factors in my decision i note that a third party is the primary sponsor. Insufficient evidence of relationship/ connection to third party sponsor and history of financial support have been demonstrated. Limited obligation for third party to provide ongoing financial support. As such,I am not satisfied on balance that the applicant will have access to the third party funds in support of studies. Based on the evidence provide, the applicant personal assets and financial situation are insufficient to support their studies in the absence of third party funding weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. for this reasons above, i have refused this application

I'm confused ooo. On generating my deposit fee invoice from my school portal which is through ICBC student pay, it was stated that I take the invoice to my bank or online and payment must be initiated on or before 7th March. I used this invoice to fill my Form A (I'm sure that's the next thing to do), which has not been processed yet. My question is since it takes up to two months for Form A to be processed, and definitely the fees won't get to CIBC by 7th March, what happens next?. Or does the Form A that I have filled suffice this period time frame they gave on my fee invoice? I don't understand this things abeg

for swift response, I advice you ask one or two questions at a time

I thought so too.

Because even if you were to have a consultation session, it’s one question at a time...

I think you just have to work on the sources of fund part, though the fund is available, the sources is being doubted, once you show clearly where the funds come from, you would have successfully tackled the issues. I also align with the other advice from Johnstan.

Thank you sir, if funds are from crypto, and I am only submitting personal account, do I need an income tax certificate?

This is a really detailed CBSA Note. In summary, it points to your POF as the reason for the refusal.

If you declare that you are working and earning a living, you have to provide every document supporting that.

If you are working under an employer, you need to provide your pay slips, a letter of introduction from your employer, your letter of appointment, letter of promotion etc, which I did.

If you are self-employed (i don't know much about this), then documents relating to your job are required. Some people add tax certificates, CAC documents etc, to support the application.

If you have lump sums, quoting from the visa officer's statement "Account summary indicates a closing balance that would be achieved by a bulk deposit of over 10 million Nigerian Naria", you need to explain it on your SOP and attach receipts to back it up.

Also, the statement "]Last page (final day's entries) missing from PA's personal account" is unclear to me, but I'm sure you can relate. Try to ensure that any information on any document you upload is up to date i.e. up to the date you submit your application.

My take on this, never leave anything to the visa officer to decide by themselves on your behalf. Provide all necessary documents to back any statement you make on your SOP.

Good luck.

Thank you boss. As regards the "entries" text, you know when you send money to an account on a Sunday, and it won't show on your bank statement until the next working day, this was what happened. I am self employed.

Your notes are straightforward.

I don’t think you share same surname with your sponsor and they’re not your parent.

So you can just go right ahead in a reapplication and provide sufficient documentation to show relationship between applicant and sponsor and most importantly show proof of prior financial support of sponsor to your education.

Also, it doesn’t look like the money in the account was very much, such that the sponsor can give you like half of it and still have something to take care of himself and the family.

- in light of this, the sponsor can do you a gift deed or pay some/or all of your tuition for first year.

Idealy, deposit fee should be paid using dollar account. because u can hardly get form A approval within one month. If u couldn't pay fee deposit before the deadline, most times, ur admission will be cancelled. Cheers!!

My dear, you took a huge uncalculated risk. You didn't raise this question since until you had less than 24hours deadline?

You can either write to the school to extend deadline and pray the reply within 24 hours.

Then pay your fees using flywire that's if it is tuition deposit. Flywire takes 2-3 days to process payment.
If the fees to pay is huge, (above 2500 cad) ask if you can make installment payments by making the first installment using flywire then make the rest using Form A

All the best.
I'm not an expert in this.
This is just what I did.

The deposit and the first semester fee timeline is the same date and I'm paying the two at once which makes it bulky. Talking about USD 7k, and sourcing for black market is very high, that's why I opted for Form A.

The thing is, my deposit is 2300 cad and my first semester is 7400 cad and the payment deadline is the same for the two. I'm paying the two at the same using form A.

The school already extended it till month end which I can't still meet up with the form A. I'm paying 2300+ 7400Cad.
The invoice I generated using the link the school attached in my admission letter, (please view screenshot attached), I don't know if that is the flywire you meant, in that screenshot, that is me trying to make the payment which then generated the invoice where it stated that the date of payment initiation with my bank should be on or before 7th march. I thought flywire goes hand in hand with Form A? Please pardon my ignorance. I need clarification. If possible Can I call you? to explain further please. Or if you understood me here, kindly throw more light.

POF is essentially a bank statement showing funds you have access to and not transaction history from online merchant sites. You're to obtain the bank statement of your sponsor as the primary POF.
Adding your account statement becomes really important if you declared on your SOP that you work and earn a living. Your bank statement will only be treated as your main POF if you're self-sponsored.

If your online business links you to an employer/client in Canada, that might place you in a bucket of applicants with ties to Canada and might also suggest that you may have reasons not to return home after your studies. So confirm before you indicate who your employer/clients are in your SOP

You can go for upfront medicals anytime even before you apply for your visa. There is no requirement to meet before you go for it. Upfront medicals was the first thing I did before any other thing.

Please do you know where in Abuja one can do upfront Medicals?
